looking for on our list of stranded cottons? A. A list of DMC discontinued numbers and other thread nubmers

Q. Why are your prices cheaper online compared to purchasing by post? A.
We find it much easier to deal with orders made online as we can easily make refunds; we can print out addresses; we save
money as we don't need to print order forms; we don't need to bank cheques (which is surprisingly expensive); etc.
(You may have family that can order online for you if you don't have access to the internet yourself?)
Q. How do I order online? A. You make payment and then you send us an email to (ashtreedesigns@fsmail.net) with the list of the DMC numbers you want. Go to our "buy now" page and click on the buttons to choose the number
of threads you want.
Q. How long have you been in business? A. We started out as a business
selling cross-stitch kits in 1993 and diversified into selling DMC cottons wound from cones about a year later.
(ie we have been operating for 15 years + )
